Engaging artist talks, stockroom tours and after hours gallery event.
Studio Gallery is pleased to announce, in collaboration with BAD, an engaging month of weekly artist talks, panel discussions and stockroom tours parallel with a dynamic group show to be held across the month of May 2023. An impressive range of genres and media including paintings, sculpture, photography and drawings.
As a part of the four weeks of BAD, Studio Gallery invites collectors to explore and discover the artist stable. There will be weekly gallery tours Thursday – Sunday at 11am led by experienced art consultants presenting an in-depth look into the curated selection of works from emerging, mid-career, and established artists. With focus on local talent, the interactive artist talks at 2pm each Saturday provide collectors a place to deep dive into the minds of Australia’s creatives and connect with something precious, the theatre of the soul: Art. Joined by industry leaders and special guests we conclude the month with an evening soiree and dynamic panel discussion led by Studio Gallery Director Kerry Armstrong. This engaging panel will explore the role that art plays within the triangulated perspective of the artist, gallerist and collector.
