The Jewellery and Small Objects Collective and The Printmakers Club are student run initiatives that are active on and off campus. At this event, you can wander through their stalls at a unique market experience that allows you to purchase the artists work just metres from where it was made. Students will be onsite to talk to you about their work and the inspiration behind their pieces.
The Jewellery and Small Objects Collective is a group of local emerging artists from Queensland College of Art, Jewellery and Small Objects department.
The Griffith University Printmakers Club has a long history within QCA and the greater print community in Brisbane for showcasing both emerging and established Fine Art printmakers. Student work will also be on show in the “Glass Box”, an initiative of the Griffith University Printmakers Club.
