Lunchtime talk: Agency by Design with TADQ

Join Cameron Hickey from the Technology for Ageing and Disability Queensland (TADQ) as he discusses the creation of assistive technology solutions on display in the Agency by Design exhibition. Cameron will provide insights on the design innovations and everyday problem solving that TADQ therapists, engineers and technicians tackle to assist their clients. Based in Brisbane, TADQ is a not-for-profit organisation that uses clever technology to design, create, build and modify equipment to help people live more independent lives. Their engineered equipment includes a variety of custom mobility aids, bicycles, eating implements and gaming controllers for children, adults, seniors and health professionals.
