In mid-2022 Sandra Pearce and Lena Tisdall partnered to open a new space called Hive Studios, located in a large commercial unit in the bayside suburb of Banyo.
Together they have created a collaborative social enterprise that is driven by purpose not profit.
Hive Studios’ mission is to build an inclusive arts community that nurtures creative authenticity, confidence and resilience.
They believe in the power of art to break the cycle of disaffection towards nature, to enrich lives and inspire care for the environment.
