Norman Park Substation

Originally built as a substation for the Brisbane tramways network, the Norman Park Substation has been thoughtfully refurbished to preserve many of the original fixtures. It accommodates five individual studio spaces, a communal kitchen, and a multi-use space for short to long-term residencies, events and filming or photoshoots.
