The Station is a photography studio, gallery, art and events space located centrally in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. The Station is a large 120sqm converted warehouse with so much industrial charm. The space was originally built around the 1940’s and still has it’s original exposed mahogany beams and tall light coloured bricks walls. The space was home to old the Black & White cab mechanics and was apart of the old Service Station (hence our name). The old bowsers are still on site, along with the iconic sign “We Never Close” perched above. Now, The Station is home to a variety of creatives including graphic designers, photographers, fashion and jewellery designers, musicians, producers and much more. The Station is a blank canvas studio, ready to host a variety of creative pursuits.
