The Queensland College of Art (QCA) at Griffith University invites the public to experience the South Bank campus and meet a wide range of student artists during two open studio days. Some of the artforms featured during these events include contemporary Australian Indigenous art, painting, drawing, jewellery and small objects, expanded practice, sculpture, printmaking, photographic art practice, advertising photography, and documentary photography.
QCA prepares the next generation of visual artists and designers to influence social change through creative art. As one of Australia’s top-ranking and largest dedicated art and design schools, QCA has been challenging the boundaries of art and design education since its foundation in 1881.
Ushers will be on site to help you locate the studios you are interested in seeing.
